ELITE Association

ELITE Association is an association of English lecturers of Islamic higher education within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This organization was established in Malang (Jawa Timur, Indonesia), in 2013. It is set up as a forum for English lecturers to establish communication and collaboration among them in contributing to educational institutions, policy makers (especially in the field of education), and the community. The contribution is delivered through the implementation of various events/activities related to the improvement/development of academic/professional quality (such as training and education, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), workshop, etc.), scientific events/activities and publication (such as international conference, seminar and scientific article publication) as well as community engagement (such as ELITE Goes to Madrasah).

OUR PROGRAMS

We focus on English linguistics, literature, teaching and education

(ELITE)

Our association goes beyond simply connecting English language professionals. We offer a comprehensive suite of programs designed to empower our members and elevate the field of English studies (linguistics, literature, teaching and education). Through workshops, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training and education led by esteemed experts, we cultivate academic and professional excellence, fostering continuous growth in English linguistics, literature, and teaching methodologies. Furthermore, we facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration by organizing scientific events and activities, including international conference, seminars and research presentations. To ensure impactful contributions to the field, we also provide guidance and support for the publication of scientific articles in esteemed journals. Finally, recognizing the importance of social impact, we offer community engagement programs that allow members to share their expertise and passion for the English language with a wider audience.
